These terms form the contract between us for your purchase of the Animation and or clip. These terms will apply to both consumer and business users.

When you purchase an animation or clip, we grant you a licence to use it. Which licence you receive will depend on your purchase. A standard Animation or clip Licence allows you to use the animation for your own internal business purposes only. An Extended Animation Licence allows you to use the animation as part of your wider work for a client or customer, who you then grant an Animation Licence as a sub-licence.

Where you have taken out a ROWDi subscription

These terms form the contract between us for your subscription. These terms will apply to both consumer and business users.

As part of your subscription, we commit to a minimum service availability of 99.999% but cannot be held liable or responsible for down time that is out of our control. You should also check your account information page to ensure that you details are correct, and this also contains details of your current subscription.

Where you have taken out a ROWDi Maestro for Business subscription:

These terms form the contract between us for your subscription. ROWDi for Business is only available to business users.

As part of your subscription, we commit to a minimum service availability of 99.999% but cannot be held liable or responsible for down time that is out of our control. The ROWDi Maestro subscription automatically includes Extended Animation Licences.
